Our Fall-In-Line Philosophy
At the heart of our business is one prevailing
attitude – to create a true partner relationship
with our clients to ensure success. Understanding
your needs and helping you to establish your
goals starts our working relationship based on
trust and mutual respect. This integrated effort
results in the production of successful marketing
and brand identity to continuously builds awareness.
Why Roberts Resource?
We offer over 20 years of extensive, comprehensive,
success-generating experience, i.e., we know
what works and what doesn't. We pride ourselves
on client satisfaction, i.e., we've never lost
a client to a competing marketing firm. We
eliminate staffing overhead through the use
of contracted creative teams, chosen for their
talent, experience, and client-appropriate
knowledge, i.e., we produce quality materials
without the high cost of traditional marketing
firms. We understand the short-term and long-term
implications of our creative work and its effect
on your organization, i.e., we know how to
blend your image, your goals, and your target
audience to design a suitable approach. We
produce work in a timely and professional manner,
i.e., we offer enough flexibility to accommodate
change.
Julia
(not that Julia Roberts) Roberts loves
what she does. It’s her passion. People
aren’t sure what to think of that. Well,
with all those revisions and details in the
day-to-day work with client objectives and
all.
Julia handles account management and production supervision for the company.
She oversees all agency projects and has her hands and eyes on every job. Clients
like her attention to detail and that she manages budgets to the penny. Her motto:
No surprises. Ever.
Julia likes to help out some not-for-profit organizations and works tirelessly
for the PKD Foundation (www.pkdcure.org)
in particular. When she’s not
at a client meeting, a press check or fundraising for the Foundation, you might
catch her making an awesome Play-Doh dragon with her two kids, Gage and Quinn. Top
Julian
Roberts has oh so many
years (could it be 20?) of sales and marketing
experience in the health care industry and
property/casualty. His knowledge of and insight
to both industries eliminates a learning curve
and provides a successful track record in implementing
successful marketing programs.
He’s what we call the sales guy. And he has the better office. He works
to grow the Roberts Resource's clientele and he assists with initial project
review and development, ongoing analysis, and results appraisal. He spends some
time helping the community, including serving on the board of the DeKalb Chamber
of Commerce.
In his spare time he enjoys a Braves or Falcon’s game or a simple game
of soccer in the front yard with his two children. Top
Bill
Musial has over 18 years of creative
marketing and advertising experience. His
expertise in combining insightful design
and state-of-the-art technology for traditional
media as well as online content ensures
distinctive design solutions and cost-effective,
quality production. He leads Roberts Resource's
design efforts for health care, retail,
automotive, financial services, and real
estate industries. Bill has the great ability
to take an idea and make it work visually.
He makes a mean pasta – good thing, since his wife is vegetarian. In addition
to award-winning creative for Roberts Resource, he’s been known to show
off his artistic talents in other ways too. He’s artist extraordinaire
for his kid’s elementary class working on things like pumpkin cows and
turtles. Top
Ann
Oortman has over 20 years of marketing
and advertising copywriting experience.
She’s
what we call the brainstormer. The ideas
fly out of her. She can take any concept
and make it work.
Her unique ability to choose just the right words to suit a certain audience,
particular industry, and specific media ensures a target message that heads straight
toward the bulls-eye. Ann combines her meticulous writing talent and comprehensive
production background to produce powerful, persuasive copy without the usual
reworks and rewrites.
When she’s not writing for Roberts Resource clients she’s raising
three kids, running to stay fit, and working on a book. Top |
